For our trial subscribers, we have a 7-day return policy.
Upon receipt of our food, if your dog has difficulty transitioning to our food, Chuku's Kitchen will provide a 50% refund in the condition whereby:
1. Food is kept frozen at all times
2. Remaining food to return to Chuku's Kitchen in the same condition upon receipt for donation to animal shelters
To initiate a return, you may drop us an email at hello@chukuskitchen.com and we will connect with you within 24 hours.
Damages and issues
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Promotional items are not entitled for the refund/return policy.
Refunds
We will be at constant communication with you once we’ve received and inspected your return items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
