Transition Guide:

Getting started with Chukus is easy, your dog will want to immediately devour our food! However, gradually introducing our food is the best way to get started with a new diet especially if this is the first time enjoying fresh food.
Most dogs transition seamlessly, but sometimes, dogs may experience some symptoms (i.e. vomit or soft stool). Don't panic, as they just need some more time to transition.
During the transition, if your dog is experiencing these symptoms, continue to feed the same amount of fresh food and monitor the situation for a day or two.

Feeding Guide:
At Chukus, we believe that feeding your dog isn’t just about scooping - it's about nourishing with accuracy and intention. That’s why every one of our feeding guides is designed down to the exact gram for the specific recipe you choose.
Unlike vague cup-based measures, grammage-based feeding ensures your dog receives the exact amount of energy and nutrients they need. Every gram counts—feeding too much or too little over time can lead to undernourishment, weight gain, or imbalanced health.
As a result, each recipe requires a different grammage per meal, even for the same dog. We reflect that in our guide to ensure optimal feeding—something many pet food brands overlook.
Unfortunately, many commercial pet food brands use generic feeding tables across all flavours, ignoring the differences in nutritional composition between recipes.
We don’t take that shortcut. At Chukus, we treat every recipe as unique, and so should its feeding guide.Â
